Soft Sell is a multidisciplinary exhibition exploring how advertising, consumer culture and entertainment shape our identities, aspirations and ideas of empowerment. Bringing together three interconnected projects — No Body’s Dead Yet, Perpetual Kittenhood and Neon Bodega Cats — the exhibition combines illustration, moving image, installation and interactive objects to examine the increasingly blurred boundaries between personal identity and commercial culture.

hARTslane Open Studios + Window Artwork Launch
Opening night 5:30-7pm.
Open studios is a day of closed door, peer-to-peer feedback for our hARTslane artist members. In the evening, we open the gallery to the public to share the works in progress as a public exhibition.
We’re coinciding the opening night of open studios with the launch of our new window artwork, ‘Grow and Bloom’ by artist Usva Inei.
